Launch & Grow returns with the frist in-person call after the pandemic

Madrid, February 09, 2023. Launch & Grow started in 2014 with the goal of creating greater opportunities for women entrepreneurs in Kenya. The health crisis forced us to modify the program and adapt the contents to online training. Now, after two virtual editions, we are back to in-person training. From today until March 2nd, you can apply through the website of Santader Universities, the supporter of this program.

16 Kenyan businesswomen, both emerging and experienced entrepreneurs, will enjoy a one-week training stay at the main campus of Babson College, located near Boston, USA. Entrepreneurial Thought and Action® – a methodology created by the college itself – is a training program for the beneficiaries to develop the skills and mindset necessary not only to launch a new business, but also to make changes in an established company, lead a team or create social impact. Babson emphasizes learning through practice so that concepts and theories are quickly applied.

Participants will return from Babson prepared to grow and expand their businesses and become part of the Launch & Grow network of entrepreneurs that already has 85 women ready to share their entrepreneurial skills and create new business opportunities in their communities.
