DATA CONSERVATION PERIOD
Personal data will be stored as long as the relationship between both parties remains in force and, subsequently, for the period of time during which any legal responsibility may arise (egg, until the limitation period of the responsibility that may derive from the regulations in terms of data protection or cyber security). In case of data processing for the purpose of sending information about the Foundation or news within the foundational scope, your data will be kept as long as you do not oppose to continue receiving information from the Foundation.

To the extent that some programs of the Foundation may be carried out in countries located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), your personal data may be transferred to those countries for the execution of such programs. In the same vein, your data may be shared to our IT service providers; witch may be located outside the EEA.
